new oc !! i got motivation to make some new characters from one of the rebecca sugar interviews on how she makes characters which you can find on the cartoon network youtube channel but anyway her design was based on lapis lazuli (as you can tell by the dress lmaoo), a very cool water color painting by qinniart on instagram i believe and sora from the webcomic felinia by Rainy-bleu which you should totally check out because her comic is amazing (even if it's not really visible in the design it was mostly her hair jeez i'm the worst lmao)

i'm not sure if i want to put her in experience or give her an entirely new universe/just be an oc also i haven't decided a color pallet or name for her yet ! she'd probably have mostly purple and blue hues with some slight reds though as it gives off more of the vibe i'm looking for, so if you have any suggestions for her character, such as name and color pallet which i need help with the most for this lil babe, tell me down below
